Menswear inspired office suite in historical Box Factory.
Description:
Gray Capital was one portion of a larger scope project. The entire project was a total of 11,250 square feet and involved three separate spaces; Gray Capital (tenant), Stenz (tenant), and the Box Factory common corridors. The key to making this a successful project was keeping all of the different client styles apart from each other while simultaneously designing each area.
Gray Capital was one of those ideal projects where the client fell in love with the first presentation and approved the main design intent on the spot. We were able to gain full trust from the client and match their style seamlessly.
This workplace design was part of an overall company rebranding as well. It was great to see the full scope of the company visuals level up.
Since this project, Gray Capital has expanded exponentially. We are currently looking at designing additional space for them on another level of Box Factory.
